Away from the expected or proper direction; amiss; wrong.Narrowing the list of excuses for her current state of body and mind, Stutts' mixed media work in this exhibit, Spine Awry, abstractly reflects her relationship with Spinal Osteoarthritis. With the use of free-styling patterns and symbolic color, Stutts' humor in the face of pain is profoundly explored.
