Show ran from 7/2/2008 to 7/26/2008Twelve members of Gallery 659, a not-for-profit art league in Glencoe, Illinois show works, sized 2' x 2', of various media such as paint, fiber, and ceramics.  Participating artists include:  M. Angeli, JoAnn Baumann,  Marcia Ginsberg, Linda Lee Goldman, Michele Gorski, Cindy Jevon, Judith Joseph, Harriet Kohn, Julia Miller, Ruti Modlin, Ann O'Brien and Layna Portugal.     (image by Ruti Modlin)Gallery 659 opened in March 2007, as an initiative of the Human Relations Forum of the Village of Glencoe. With 35 members currently, Gallery 659 has a diverse membership of seasoned professional and emerging artists, and is committed to community outreach.
