AFFILIATE: Judith ROTH
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Judith is a graduate of Boston Museum School with a BFA through Tufts University. She was awarded a scholarship to Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture where she studied with Isabel Bishop, Edwin Dickinsen, & Henry Varnum Poor. She is most known for her figurative expressionist drawings. She has taught figure drawing many years throughout the Midwest, has exhibited regionally and nationally, and has work in corporate, private, and museum collections including: Illinois State Museum, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, Kemper Group, Abbott Laboratories, Sandoz/Novartis, AG, Switzerland, among others. Judith is past President of the Chicago Women's Caucus for Art (CWCA) and founder of ArtWalkRavenswood. She is also represented by Maple Avenue Gallery of Evanston, IL.
